Year One: OVER!

Thank you for:

• -         being a being my partner in crime.
• -         Saying “yes” to me the day before my birthday last year.
• -         teaching me how to cook the essential foods for survival:  fried eggs and spinach.
• -         making sure my bed is well used by napping in it.
• -         noticing when I get upset, and making me feel better.
• -         being a HUGE dork… and making me laugh. 
• -         the cool souvenirs from Taiwan, Japan and Europe.
• -         having messier handwriting than mine.
• -         serving as my EE40 tutor.
• -         taking 2304234098 pictures with me and letting me take 230498230 pictures of you.
• -         the GIANT penguin named Ping-Pong that is occupying ½ of my bed right now.
• -         sharing with me, talking with me and listening to me.
• -         playing card games with me.
• -         humbling me with your awesomeness at Set.
• -         watching House and Heroes with me… even though Heroes freaks you out.
• -         putting up with my poking fun at you and my meanness.
• -         being my best friend.
• -         being just as lazy as I am.
• -         eating Chipotle with me, even though I eat it like 5 times week. (Not really.)
• -         sitting there, watching me play 230498 hours of Halo3 with John and never complaining.
• -         the wonderful memories I’ve had this past year .
• -         being a weirdo.  And a dork.
• -         letting me act like a little kid around you.
• -         driving me letting me drive your car home to Saratoga from Fremont BART.
• -         letting me preset my seat configuration in your car.
• -         being my buddy.
• -         being a dork.
• -         challenging me to become more perfect in Christ.
• -         being the one and only Helen Liu. :)

It’s been one crazy year, and I’m just amazed at how much God’s worked in each of our lives.. and how He’s used you to change me and mold me into a better son of God.  I’m so excited for the years to come with you .
